Children up to age 4 stay free in their parents' room, ages 4 to 15 receive a 50% discount in their parents' room. In family rooms, we give children a 30% discount on the regular half-board price.

Prices given are per person and day incl. service charges, VAT and local tourism taxes.

A 20% deposit is due at the time you place your booking.

In all instances, Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions will apply.
There is no charge for cancelations received more than 3 months prior to the scheduled arrival date. From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the package price, and within 1 month of arrival 70%. In the last week prior to arrival, as well as in the event of delayed arrival or early departure, if we are unable to rent out the booked accommodations to another guest, we will be obliged to charge 90% of the cost of the stay.

By taking out holiday cancellation insurance, you will protect yourself against unnecessary costs resulting from unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing Holiday Cancellation-Plus insurance, which you can actually go ahead and book online:

Check-In & Check-Out:
In general, rooms are available for check-in after 2 pm. Please check out of your room by 10 am.

Safe:
In our reception area is a hotel safe. Use of the safe is included in the price.

Pets:
Please notify us about your pet when you make your reservations. Please only bring small pets.
Price per day € 5.00. Your little friends are not allowed in the dining rooms or guest lounges.

Settling your bill - credit cards:
Guests must pay their bill in full by check-out at the latest. We do accept credit and bank cards. OUR PACKAGE OFFERS CAN ONLY BE PAID FOR IN CASH OR WITH YOUR EC CARD.
